I discovered the existence of this lipstick and the beginning of this week and knew it had to be mine. Who could resist the magic of a lipstick that changes colour? Not me haha! I know it’s a total gimmick but surely everyone loves a gimmick every now and then?
It’s called Touch of Magic by Barry M and as you can see it is a bright, vivid and quite scary green in the bullet but as soon as you apply it to the lip it turns pink. You can see from the swatch that it’s kind of like a berry stain and it is a bright-ish berry shade on the lips.
I was messing around with it last night before I went to bed and when I woke up this morning there was still a bit of a stain there so it is definitely long lasting. It doesn’t feel drying on the lips but I will say on me the colour seems to develop more intensely on drier areas so if your lips are dry you may end up with a patchy result.
